An opportunity has arisen for a service orientated, hospitality specialist to join a long established private members golf club.  The Clubhouse Manager will manage the day to day running of the catering and beverage operation including the bar and special functions. They will be expected to actively guide and direct the team to ensure consistency of good quality customer service standards, achieve budgeted incomes and stock control and ordering. This is a hands-on team leadership  role to provide appropriate training to a mainly young workforce and they will be expected to lead by example by undertaking all front of house duties.

As Carlisle Golf Club’s Clubhouse Manager, the successful applicant will have had experience in a similar role within the catering and hospitality industry and will require a professional and personable attitude to join our team.

The role will include weekend and evening work.

Salary dependent on experience.
